Place of Usage and Direction for Use:
Used for beverage purposes. Prepared with milk (pasteurized, sterilized).
-For 200 ml of milk (water glass full), (pasteurized, sterilized).
30 g of Powder Salep Drink (3 dessert spoon full), sweet taste, thick structure.
25 g of Powder Salep Drink (3 dessert spoon full), medium sweet taste, medium thick structure.
20 g of Powder Salep Drink (2 dessert spoon full), less sweet taste, not thick structure.
-For 1 L of milk (pasteurized, sterilized);
150 g of Powder Salep Drink (6 dinner spoon full), sweet taste, thick structure.
125 g of Powder Salep Drink (5 dinner spoon full), medium sweet taste, medium thick structure.
100 g of Powder Salep Drink (4 dinner spoon full), less sweet taste, not thick structure.
-For 10 L of milk (pasteurized, sterilized);
1,5 kg of Powder Salep Drink, sweet taste, thick structure.
1,25 kg of Powder Salep Drink, medium sweet taste, medium thick structure.
1 kg of Powder Salep Drink, less sweet taste, not thick structure.
Note: Full dessert spoon is scaleld 10g, dinner spoon is scaledv25g.
Preparation:
Cold milk and Powder Salep Drink are prepared to the desired extent and cooked by stirring continuously on a medium moving January. Care should be taken not to burn during cooking.
Machine Preparation:
If it is to be prepared in a heated and rotary machine, cold milk is poured first, and then powdered sahlep is added. The machine is started. When the sahlep mixture in the machine reaches 80-90 ºC, it is served.
Optionally, it can be served with powdered cinnamon. It is a service recommendation.
