Place of Usage: It is used in all kinds of cake coatings, cake decoration, model coating and decorations.
Usage: The amount of dough to be applied is cut off, kneaded and shaped after providing elasticity with hand heat. The product application temperature is 20-22 ºC. The cake, which is applied, should be stored in fanless cabinets at +6 ºC so that the models and figures do not lose their shape. After each application, the mouth of the dough package should be tightly closed to prevent drying.
Product Features: It is edible. The most important feature of the product is that after coating the cake, its structure does not deteriorate at high humidity (80%) and temperature (50 ºC), it preserves its shape, does not melt and does not stick to the hand. In addition, the product does not become moist after entering and leaving the pastry cabinet. It has a soft, elastic, smooth (silky) structure. It is less sugary than decorative dough.
